Is It Safe?

Yes our tile and grout cleaning product are safe for you, your pets, and your furniture. The cleaner is NOT an acid. It has virtually no smell and will not damage wood floors or cabinets. After the cleaning process all cleaning solution is completely removed.

What about Sealers

This is a two fold question.

Number one is if your tile has been sealed already then some of it may be removed during this process. If it begins to flake off or gum up then further steps may be taken to completely remove the sealer. This may cost more so please let us know if your tile has been sealed before we begin the cleaning process.

Number two, if you would like to have us seal your grout that is no problem. Sealer is an extra service and is charged accordingly. Just remember that once you seal your grout it can be expensive to remove in the future so you will need to reseal at least once per year. (the bottle may say it lasts for years, but trust me, it does not.)
